Our Daycare offers care to children newborn- 10 years of age.

We offer a 10% multi-child discount for families that enroll two or more children into our daycare.

We also, offer drop in care. If your babysitter is unavailable, no problem! We can watch your child for a set rate, depending on his or her age. This must be paid in full at the time of service. We ask that if we are to watch your child more than once (as a back-up plan) you provide a copy of the child(s) immunization records as well as read through our handbook, date and sign.

There is an additional $100 deposit when enrolling your child in our daycare. Listed below, we will outline the purpose behind this and give you a better understanding as to why we have to do this.

There is a non-refundable $20 registration fee per family to enroll at Mama Bear’s Daycare LLP. Drop ins are required to pay the $20 non-refundable fee as your child will be participating in arts and crafts projects that will be sent home. If you later become part time or full time you will be required to pay the $80 refundable deposit.  Your registration is based on the availability we have when your paperwork, medical form, and registration fee is returned to us. This means enrollment is on a first come, first serve basis. Therefore, it is crucial to return ALL paperwork to us as soon as possible to avoid losing your placement. This money is used to help purchase arts and crafts supplies for the daycare.

Each family pays a $80 refundable deposit. This applies to the last week of care (We require a two-week written notice to terminate services). This deposit will be refunded if 2 week notice is given to the daycare, and there is no outstanding balance.  Your deposit will be mailed to you once your account is paid in full and cleared by the bank.
